How to start a return (RMA required)


1. Email giavasismarios@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Subject: Return Request – Order #[your order number]

Include: item(s), reason, and 3–4 clear photos if damaged/defective.

2. We’ll reply with your RMA number and the correct return address (our authorized fulfillment partner).

3. Pack items securely in the original packaging (include manuals/parts) and write the RMA on the parcel.

4. Use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number by reply email.

 

> Important: Returns without an RMA or sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

 


Who pays return shipping?


Change of mind / not what I expected: You pay the return shipping.


Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We cover return shipping or send a free replacement (we may authorize a replacement without return for low-value items once photos are reviewed).


Eligibility & condition


Request within 30 days of delivery.


Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included.


For hygiene/safety, used or incomplete items aren’t eligible.


Please don’t return items to any address unless it’s the one we provide in your RMA email.


Refunds


After we receive and inspect the return (or receive proof of return shipment), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or if you return the whole order under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.


If items are returned used, damaged, or missing parts, we may apply a reasonable deduction.


Exchanges


Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order.


Parcels refused / undeliverable


If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund minus original shipping (where applicable).


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)


If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or your designee (other than the carrier) obtains the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email giavasismarios@gmail.com within 14 days with a clear statement that you’re withdrawing.

You must send back the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods (unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product).

We will reimburse all payments, including the cost of standard delivery (not premium options), no later than 14 days from the day we’re informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Don’t send returns to our office

We use multiple partner warehouses. The correct return address will be provided after your RMA is approved. Returns sent to our office or to the sender address on the parcel cannot be processed.
